I would NOT bring your Volkswagen here. They not only have poor time management but even worse customer service… especially their general manager. Not even two months after paying for the repair my 2014 Jetta stalls on me and surprise… it’s because they didn’t repair everything correctly. Their general manager actually told me, “When did you become a mechanic all of a sudden”, as I was reading off where the repair wasn’t completed. I guess I had to become one when they couldn’t do their jobs properly. More
