Kenny Scott was knowledgeable about the car I purchased. He was very down-to-earth and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all. Sam Trezzo was also a pleasure to work with. I haven't laughed as much as I did for months. It was like dealing with family. Sebastian was quick to respond to my internet inquiry. He did not harass me like other car companies. The entire team is fantastic! I have nothing but good things to say about Tom Wood Volkswagen. I bought my Jetta GLI just over a year ago. John Pittman was my sales person, and he I have nothing but good things to say about Tom Wood Volkswagen. I bought my Jetta GLI just over a year ago. John Pittman was my sales person, and he was fantastic. I came in today for a free car wash and fluid check. John saw me at the door and said "Daniel! How's it goin?". Keep in mind I haven't seen him in a year, and he remembered my name! When I originally worked with John, he took his time with me (I was very indecisive, as this was my first new car). I worked with him for 2 days, and at no point did I ever feel pressured to buy. By the end, he helped me pick out the perfect fit for me. 6 weeks after I picked up my car, I hit a pothole and blew out one of my tires. Because I purchased the wheel and tire insurance, I owed nothing. (If you live in Indiana, buy that insurance. It's worth every penny. You know our roads.) I dropped off my car during my lunch break. Gene Horne was the shuttle driver. He dropped me off at work, and even offered to pick me up when the repair was complete. For about the same price as I would have paid for a base model Ford Focus with none of the bells and whistles, I got a Jetta GLI with heated seats, heated mirrors, Apple CarPlay, a huge trunk, XM Radio and a backup camera with a huge LCD screen, a sunroof, sport mode transmission, HID headlights, etc. All of these features came standard. I didn't have to pay extra for anything. That's one of the many reasons I've recommended VW to all of my friends who are in the market for a new car. I can't recommend Volkswagen as a brand, or Tom Wood Volkswagen enough, especially John Pittman! The industry needs more sales people like him! More
