Amazing Experience I am really not one to write reviews, but I received such great customer service here that I had to stop by and give credit where credit is due. I live out of state and came to visit a friend who lives in Indiana. I had a flat tire and took my car to Tom Woods Volkswagen. I was a little frustrated and hesitant because, looking at how nice and fancy this place was, I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg just to fix my flat. Boy, was I wrong. The pricing was very great compared to other places I've been, and that was a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders. Also, you could really tell that the service tech that helped me, Derrick Thames, really loves what he does. He had the best attitude and made sure my car was ready to go quickly. It's not every day that you find someone that is so clearly in love with their job. Very refreshing. More

Fleet Car Pick-up I recently picked up a new fleet car, a Passat TDI. I could have chosen a number of different fleet cars, but when doing a review none of them had as I recently picked up a new fleet car, a Passat TDI. My previous fleet car was a Passat TDI, and because I like it so well, I have purchased it. Melissa Montgomery was great to work with. She made the process quick and easy.
