If I could give negative stars I would. I took my keep there because the key phone weren’t recognized in my car causing them not to function. I also had a speaker that was rattling and needed to be replaced. Upon arrival I was told it would take at least 24 hours for them to assess my car. Why schedule appointments if it takes that long just for an assessment???? I took it on a Tuesday and by Thursday, already 48 hours since initial intake, hadn’t heard anything so I had to follow up several times about the status only to find out everything needed to be ordered. I only found out this info from my persistent calling and texting. Picked my car on Friday with the hope that parts would be in the following week but I did not receive any updates. By Friday, I called twice and asked for an update only to be told I had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Monday, after 2 weeks from initial intake, I called several times for an update and after the 4 th call I was able to speak to a manager who gave an update about how my parts were still not there with 1 being on back order. And again, I would not have gotten an update without persistent calling. I will never take my car here again and don’t recommend anyone use their service department or purchase a vehicle from here. Buyer Beware! So far, this has been the worst experience ever buying a car. I was very excited to buy my first ever brand new car. I bought my brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in March, and they allowed me to drive it off the lot without the Connectivity/Assist functionality working, saying paperwork probably needed to go through first. They have now had it at their dealership for 7 weeks (since April 24th).... it is now June! They can not give me an estimated time of when it will be fixed. The only information I can get from the dealership service manager is that they don't know what is wrong with it. Jeremy, Frances, and the dealership should have made sure every car they are selling are functioning before letting the customer drive it off the lot. Jeremy told me they can't replace it with a functional car... I can do a trade-in, which we would lose money on. They told me to contact Chrysler customer support, and I did. Chrysler customer support has not been helpful and can't give us a resolution or tell us what the problem is. I feel helpless, and no one at the dealership, service department, or Chrysler cares. They will sell you a car and not care if there is a problem later. Make sure everything on the car works before tak8ng it home! It was late when we finished the purachase, and I think they all just wanted to go home. More

They refuse to sell vehicle on internet and force you to come in. Then the prices they give you are totally different than advertised. Said they were "too busy" to deal with internet sales. I'm leaving this review strictly for sales Rep. David Duenas. I bought a Jeep and didn't get the best deal but I wanted the vehicle. The back passenger seat headrest button was missing. David gave me the run around for 6 months saying it was on back order etc. I went around David to the parts manager which informed me nothing has ever been ordered etc. He got me the part in under a week and installed in under warranty. Point of the post is David isn't a man of his word and will allow a client to think he is helping them when he isn't. If you choose to buy at this dealership I'd defiantly avoid going though David Duenas. More

May 4, 2023 They don't honor advertise prices on the Website. I made a appointment to test drive and look at vehicle there was no keys. Came back with a $4,500.00 dollar increase on price. I can't even begin to start. Picked my car up after it was supposed to be repaired, drove one mile and check engine light back on.. Was told they would detail it since it was filthy when we picked it up first time. When we finally got it back, it was still filthy,windows had been left down and an animal had been in my car walking on my dash. I could see foot prints. I called service mgr and he would not answer my call. I left msg and never heard back from him. Is this a way to run a dealership? Service dept is terrible. Tomball Dealership - Real Review I had been searching for a new vehicle for a few months and had been communicating with multiple dealerships throughout Texas. Every dealership I dealt with lowballed for a new vehicle for a few months and had been communicating with multiple dealerships throughout Texas. Every dealership I dealt with lowballed my trade-in... Seven out of eight were playing games with me. Also, they would go missing whenever I would try to close on a deal that would be a win-win for both parties involved. On December 5th, I inquired about a truck online, and Matt Tuso reached out to me the following day. He showed concern, was consistent, and was very informative about every question I had from trim levels to pricing. I provided all the info needed to obtain a trade-in value (pics, payoff, insurance, vin #, etc), and I never really locked down a price. This made me wary and really did not sit well with me. I did not have time to go back and forth, especially when the dealership was in Houston and I was out of San Antonio. I initially backed out. Servando Diaz, a Sales Manger called me immediately and defended their dealership, including how he started and working his way up the ranks to his current position. He wanted to earn my business. I told him some of my concerns I had, and he called my hand... "I'll back up what I say and place it in writing." Servando and Matt did. But it was only for that weekend, Friday, January 14th. Unfortunately, I was unable to break away. I kept in touch with Matt, and the following Thursday, the 19th of January, I asked if they would honor the trade-in value they provided me in writing the previous week. Matt confirmed they would. I made a reservation for a hotel near the dealership for Friday evening, so I was not driving all day Saturday. Servando called us the morning of confirming our arrival. We arrived at the dealership, and Matt met us with a smile and an eagerness to show us the trucks. I was in the market for a Ram 1500 (preferably Black Limited)... However, over the course of a month and a half, they only had a White 1500 Limited. So, the goal was a Black Longhorn (limited). On Saturday, the 21st of January, Matt shared with enthusiasm that a Black 1500 Limited had just arrived the day before. Once we test drove and agreed to the truck, Matt and Servando worked hand in hand respectfully following my wishes in not blasting our credit throughout to every lender. Servando kept me updated throughout negotiations from terms and down payment. He even provided an additional $1,500 on my trade-in just to make the deal work with my preferred lender without us asking. He got as close as he could to our terms. Matt went out to the back to detail the new truck himself. Claudia Mejia, Finance Director, was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. She had a great attitude, and you could tell she too loved her job. She broke down the finance and had us sign the paperwork in a quick but uniform process. The process was not so painful. Overall, it took about three hours total. What was very impressive was that each of these representatives of Tomball had been working at the dealership for many years. As a matter of fact, Tomball was taking the workers to Cancun, Mexico, for a three day vacation to show their appreciation. I am glad everything worked out and that I, as a real customer, gave them the benefit of the doubt to prove themselves. They did. For that, I highly recommend this dealership for your next new or used vehicle. I'm very impressed, and I hope they impress you as well. If I could rate this customer service a 0 star I absolutely would. The sad part of this, I bought a 2021 Dodge Charger wide body scatback from this same dealership in February 2022, and had a completely different and great experience. I traded in a vehicle and got the valued trade worth after tons of back and forth haggling (always expected with dealerships) The end result was, despite mediocre credit score, I walked away with the car I wanted at an incentivized 1.9% APR, 72 months, and it was great. Fast forward a year later and we were looking to do this again with the advertised sales incentive of 1.9% APR 72 months, and no payments for 90 days. The dealership contacted ME to come in a trade in my vehicle and assured me they WILL get the deal done in the same manner as last time with the incentivized APR deal. Meaning I wouldn't haggle price if that deal was honored. My salesperson told me this would happen so I came in the doors. TRADE: This is always a sticking point and it seems to stem from all "Tomball Dodge/Ford" ect dealerships that neighbor each other. The value they give you for the trade is always at a min $6-8K lower than what is valued at Carmax, Carvana and KBB.com. Even auction houses will value your trade more so this is always a game with seedy used car sales managers/associates. In this case they came back with a value $7500 lower than what my vehicle was appraised for at the aforementioned places. When they were finally ready to accept that this deal wouldn't fly with this trade, they came up $5500. So still $2k under but for the sake of the deal I moved along. THE DEAL: Here is where the review kicks in and things were drastically different and not in a good way. I filled out the credit application and advised the salesperson I only wanted to deal with Chrysler Capital, being as that is where the incentivized deal would have to be financed through. I strictly said not to do hard inquiries with banks and just Chrysler. I was assured this would be the case. The vehicle I wanted was in transport to the location so the final paperwork could not be done until it arrived, which was today. I left that day with the notion I would come back when the vehicle had arrived to finalize the deal and "get the numbers" Later in that same evening I get notifications from all three credit reporting services that over 7 hard inquiries have been conducted from Tomball Dodge. The next evening, the salesperson called and notified me the vehicle had arrived and that "everything was finalized in the deal and to come in to sign paperwork" He advised a monthly payment of $1050, for 72 months was what came back. I was puzzled because the price of the vehicle was $47,325, with tax/title/fees the total would be no worse than $50k with the supposed $2k rebate that came with this particular vehicle. That would in theory place the APR at around 15%! When I asked the salesperson what the APR and final price point for the vehicle was, he stated, "I don't know because I don't get that information, its against policy and finance has all that information and I would find that out when I come in and sign." This being extremely off because just a year ago, I was provided the APR, proposed payment, and all the details PRIOR to even seeing finance. THAT is part of the deal making process is agreeing to the final deal. This started to feel like something was being purposely hidden from me with the intent to get as much done towards delivery as possible, so that I would be pressured to buy and not back out due to "so much has already been done." My salesperson advised me to come in the morning, where he would fuel my vehicle up. My wife and I arrived, and basically, the delivery notifications, emails, and paperwork were all being done behind the scenes before I was even advised of the final deal! I kept asking what the APR was and what the details of the sale were, and I kept being told, Finance would brief me and that he didn't have that information. While waiting for finance to "bless me his presence" several team members came to me advising of the post buying options and protection ect AS IF I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE VEHICLE!!! The vehicle was getting detailed, and fueled and all the while I never was told what the deal was, never signed the paperwork agreeing to the deal, and was stuck with this mystery $1050 deal with no deals as to what was contained in it. Now I have the zero care in the world to walk out and not sign anything, however, I can see how younger crowds can buy into this tactic and the dealer comes away on top taking advantage of the consumer. FINANCE: The man's name was George "Big G". The only thing I will say during the PHYSICAL encounter was, he spent way to much time divulging personal details to attempt to build rapport. It's his job, I get it. He revealed to me my complete deal and it was absolutely awful and nowhere near the incentivized deal I was told would happen. The APR was 12.9% and the deal was irresponsible to say the least. Me and my wife politely told both the salesman and "Big G" that we decline the deal and walked away from the table as any good consumer should when things like this happen and if accepted would put the family in financial strain. You would think that is where it ends, well let me tell. 10 minutes later the salesperson called me, in what I assumed was an attempt to actually do business. No sir/ma'am, the salesperson BUTTDIALED me and was "hot mic'ing" the conversation between him and "Big G". Big G decided to go on a rant, and I quote, "That xxxxxxxxxxxx thinks he can just walk in here with his xxxx chest out, thinking he can buy whatever motherxxxxing thing he wants?! Talking about "last year I got this" like that xxxx matters. That was an incentivized deal that he was lucky to get." The rant went on for approximately 5 minutes where I just sat and listened and laughed to myself. YOU as the consumer need to know where you stand and how this business conducts itself towards the consumer. YOU absolutely do not matter and if allowed, you WILL get screwed in a deal if possible. Their main goal is to "get you on the board" and out the door with the dealer making the most money they can off of you, and while one would think "that is how business is done" I would challenge that with Gullo Ford has way better customer service than this. I will never EVER consider buying from the Tombal dealers at the 249 corridor. There is something terribly wrong with their staff and code of ethics regarding customers, and more so...REPEAT customers. Hope this review helped future buyers to stay away if they can from this business. More
