I contacted the number provided and they said they emailed Tomball over 6 weeks back to resubmit the needed documentation for my plates and have not got a response. I contacted Tomball again and asked to speak with a manager and the clerk contacted a manager and the clerk told me they were working on it, So i didn't even get to speak to a manager as i requested. Its been 4 days and they still have not contacted me. I have plates that's been expired for weeks and they do not care. 3rd- Once you purchase the vehicle from here -YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN - They will contact you raptly to make a sale but will not contact you after the fact. Three years back took my 2020 Expedition in for a recall on the catalytic converter. Took them three visits to finally replace it. Keep telling us it was reset. Just took my 2023 Expedition in for faulty cruise control and heated seats / steering wheel wont work. I have extended warranty through Ford. They wont fix it. Telling me our name isn't on the policy. I have the hard paperwork showing we purchased the warranty. I should have known better after bringing it back to have the left front headlight replaced under warranty. I was pleased that the service advisor recommended that I myself do an inspection prior to driving off assuming that the repair was completed. After opening the hood we found that many of the parts that had been removed to replace headlight had not been reinstalled. DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT HAVING SOME FORM OF CHECKS OR QUALITY CONTROL. OVER THE SEVEN YEARS THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY PROGRESS TOWARDS A SOLUTION. I was ready to buy a new explorer and they offered $1000 for my 2009 explorer with 40000 miles. I was ready to write a check and sell my car myself and the sales manager (a**) told me I could not use my pre for my 2009 explorer with 40000 miles. I was ready to write a check and sell my car myself and the sales manager (a**) told me I could not use my prequalified Chase loan, I had to use his higher interest financing. Soo I walked. The salesman called the next morning and told me they would give what I wanted for my car and Chase was fine. He promised I would not need to talk to the sales manager. I went back (stupid) and they added $3300 to the price for stuff I didn’t want. I said no to everything and they came back at $995. When I refused, the sales manager came to talk (broken promise) He explained to me that the $995 was for tracking and anti theft and it was required by company policy. So I still don’t have a new car but at least I never have to drive to Tomball Ford again. More

I went in with an existing appraisal that they were going to match. They ended up being $12,000 lower than the offer I had. I was upset at first. Dillon, my sales associate called over his manager, and together we reviewed the offer. They took over an hour figuring out why they were so far off. After logging back on to the website I originally got an offer from, we filled out the appraisal together. The result- same number I went in there with. We repeated this together 3 times before noticing that the website was viewing my trade as a 4x4 diesel, when it was in fact a 4x2 gasoline. We fixed it and the offer came down to within $2000 of TF’s original offer. At that point, it did not make sense for me to trade in my vehicle. They offered to match it and discounted their vehicle even more. Unfortunately, it didn’t make sense for my financial situation at this time. We shook hands, talked about doing business in the future and parted ways. Dillon and the manager were never pushy, chased me out the door, or did any of the things that people dread about dealerships. When I’m in a better spot, I’ll definitely be back to purchase from TF. Be very cautious of the "Pink Perfection pricing" that this dealership shows on their website. It's nothing more than a low-ball figure that they use to draw you in and then they add thousands to it, over this dealership shows on their website. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past at Tomball Ford. Words of advice - shop around for a loan before thinking the finance department has your best interest in mind. I have 850 credit and they were telling we 7.5% for interest. Then they were changing the terms and the add ons to actually lower by .2 to .3% I went on to BOA and had a 5.79% interest rate. Then they tried to add on all these extras to make the payment higher, and wouldn't listen to what I wanted since I am the one paying for it. The one that got me was the Apex tracking system they install on all their cars. $1200 for a one year tracking agreement, when the truck I was trying to buy comes with Ford tracking it for a year included with the purchase of the truck. Especially after looking up Apex, to find out their website says that if dealerships install this device on the cars, it will help with inventory management, and most of the cost of it is kept by the dealership and passed on to the consumer. Shop around, there is a dealership that will do the right thing. More
