Walter was the tech I dealt with and he was fabulous !! he kept in touch with me regarding everything that was going on .. he worked with my warranty department !! Bobbi, service advisor, reason for 1 star, who communicated well. Had already run diagnostics & told you it was map system. With only one mechanic, it took 7 days to even look at car and it was ma communicated well. Had already run diagnostics & told you it was map system.
