Tonkin was more reasonable negotiating on price than other dealerships and were more friendly. We were mislead a bit on price by phone before we came in but it was consistent with prices at other dealer other dealerships and were more friendly. I usually use a different dealer to have work done on my car but I decided to go to Hyundai Gladstone. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership.
