I had them work on my car because it was over heating. They said that it was working and good to go. The next day it over heated so I took it back and they said that now there is another problem. And I have I pay for that on top of what I already paid for that they didn't fix. They seem to not know what is wrong and just want to find ways to get more money from their customers. I would recommend not going here to get your car fixed. They are not clear on the work they do on your car and don't give you a clear explanation as to how they fixed it.
Any issue or question I have, I call Aaron! Some of the instances are very minor (and possibly user error?), and he has me drive over whenever I can so that he can help. There has never been an instance outside of superior service. Their attention to detail and going the extra mile is always appreciated. Thank you so very much.
So it was a Saturday and I stopped by the shop with no appointment trying to get a oil change, there only two guys running the show there were a lot of people they greeted me right away even thou they were with customers I felt welcomed so I gladly waited, they took me no problem even did a recall I had no Idea I even had, great customer service! Will come back to get my brakes down !!!

I bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe elsewhere, but brought it to T&C to deal with the minor issues of a used vehicle. Everyone in the Service department, but especially Don, were incredible to work with. They took extra time to make sure that everything was solved in the best fashion, even keeping the vehicle overnight so that they could review things in the morning, and putting me in a rental for the night at no extra cost.
