As a car buying experience can be this was very pleasant. We lived far enough away where it wasn't convenient to come into the dealer to negotiate and ask questions so we did everything via email. Unlike 4 other Ford dealerships every email was productive. When I asked a question I got a prompt response with no runaround or demanding come in to the dealership. They gave us all the numbers we were asking for without saying we can only give that if you come in. A lot of numbers were given to us without us having to ask with detailed breakdown. I appreciated the honest approach I felt. If asked for something they would either say yes but if the said no they gave a detailed explanation. I walked away from this deal feel like I got a good price and didn't feel dirty like I had just been taken advantage of. Also it was really stressful free. They do not pressure you at all during the sales process. A little once you get back to the finance office with packages but not as bad as other dealerships. More
