The dealership was very responsive when we were buying a car. Once we made the purchase and needed assistance to resolve a discrepancy, we could not get a call back. Now we are told it will cost an additional $800 for the remote start. This is false advertising and we want a manager to call us. But after numerous attempts over the last 1.5 weeks, nobody has returned our message. I highly recommend against this dealership. More

This was my first experience in servicing my Subaru at Tonkin, having recently moved from Spokane, WA.
