I specifically chose a certified Toyota dealership and paid roughly $3,400 because I wanted the peace of mind that comes with OEM parts and factory-trained technicians. Fast forward to August 2026. Only 13,000 miles after their rebuild, my vehicle completely lost power while driving down the road. I pulled the timing cover to find that the "OEM" timing belt they installed had completely shredded. An OEM Toyota timing belt is engineered to last 90,000 miles. A catastrophic failure at a mere 13,000 miles points directly to a defective component being used or incredibly poor workmanship during installation. When I called the service department to discuss this extreme premature failure, they immediately hid behind their standard 12-month warranty policy and were incredibly rude on the phone. They refused to stand behind the Toyota name, their labor, or the parts they installed. I am now forced to tear down the front of the engine myself to uncover exactly what went wrong. If you are looking for a dealership that stands behind its work, installs reliable parts, and treats loyal customers with respect, look elsewhere. I deeply regret trusting them with my vehicle. More

I’ve been to this location before without issue, but my April 15, 2026 visit was extremely frustrating. I scheduled a same-day 20K maintenance at 11:00 am and was told it would take about 88 minutes. Inste April 15, 2026 visit was extremely frustrating. I scheduled a same-day 20K maintenance at 11:00 am and was told it would take about 88 minutes. Instead, my vehicle wasn’t even started nearly two hours later, and the total time came to about 170 minutes—almost three hours. What made this worse was the lack of communication. I received no proactive updates and had to repeatedly track someone down for information, sometimes asking other staff when my advisor, Gisele wasn’t available. I understand being short-staffed, but that’s exactly why accurate time estimates and realistic scheduling matter. If you were running that far behind, I should have been told upfront or given the option to reschedule. I was nearly late for work when I finally was given my car keys. Waiting nearly three hours for a service quoted at 88 minutes—without updates—is very unacceptable. This is your job, you service vehicles and know how long it should take to maintain based upon what each car needs. Better communication and scheduling are needed. I suggest allowing extra time, just in case. I have no desire to talk to management about it, my review says what they need to do to improve and keep customers. They can't give me my 82 minutes back. From the moment I drove up to have my vehicle serviced, the service person was asking to buy my vehicle. Every conversation I had with the service person, he kept asking to purchase my vehicle. This is not the service person was asking to buy my vehicle. Every conversation I had with the service person, he kept asking to purchase my vehicle. This is not something the service department personnel should ever do and it was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. More
