The paper work that followed was very easy and fast. We left the dealership in a brand new Highlander SUV. So far we are happy with the Highlander and the service we received. More

Update from Feb. 10, 2018 review For my three issues that I've had with Tony Divino, I gotta take back what I said about the transmission work. As it turns out, they DIDN'T screw up For my three issues that I've had with Tony Divino, I gotta take back what I said about the transmission work. As it turns out, they DIDN'T screw up my transmission work. That was caused by a piece of road debris or rock hitting and partially cutting the wire bundle going to my back left wheel. This is what resulted in the AWD warning light, which is an indicator of a problem with the automatic torque conversion system. Coincidentally, they replaced my torque converter a few weeks before due to a chatter problem that is hitting some RAV4s but nothing with that work caused this problem. They showed me the wire bundle that was hit by road debris. The outside insulation was frayed, showed obvious impact damage, and I don't think there's a way to fake that, not that I believe they would anyway. So, due to that not being a problem and the way they handled this, I'm giving back a couple of stars and I do recommend this service center. The tire thing and the fuel line thing are embarrassing errors and I hope it was a new-guy thing that has been corrected. The way the transmission thing went today, I feel a lot better about Tony Divino's service center and I'm glad it was a stupid coincidental road debris thing, NOT their quality of work. More
