I met with their customer sales representative today to discuss this issue. In the onset of our meeting he berated me for writing a negative review. He also fully admitted that the salesman violated company policy in the case of our car and misled us. He said the salesman was terminated shortly after we purchased our car, but would not disclose why. He offered his heartfelt apology, but said that any financial loss was on us. Mr. King, the point of a review is to let others know the experience that I had at your dealership. I was misled, and I want others to know that. You admitted that a former employee violated company policy, which may have resulted in a financial loss for me. You apologized and said that is all you can do. I hope that my review is helpful to anyone reading this: A Tony Divino employee ripped us off, they were terminated, we were left with a perceived financial loss, the dealer offered a heartfelt apology, and a scolding for writing a negative review.
