I have been at this dealership a couple of times and my experiences have been wonderfully. Since I arrived in my car, they were waiting for me, opened doors for me, and treating me like a queen. Our service representative was David Pagan, he is very knowledgeable, professional and you can tell he cares for his clients. He took the time to explain every single detail of what was going on with my Odyssey. He even called my husband at work to make sure we both understood what was going on. Everybody was sooo nice, from the uncle who was refilling the snacks to the mechanics who were taking care of my car. As soon as you entered the building you can tell people are happily working here and it gets reflected in the excellence customer service you receive. Leslie New and Tiani Perez were incredibly nice too. I'm so glad we have a Honda van and we will continue to come back for sure to this dealership if needed. And if we need a new car I dont want to go anywhere else, they earned my trust. So recommended. Super happy customer right here! More
