KERRY KOBAYASHI WAS AMAZING! ! When we went there a girl came up to us and started asking what we’re interested in and we told her. Instead of her showing us the cars she starte ! When we went there a girl came up to us and started asking what we’re interested in and we told her. Instead of her showing us the cars she started digging for “what’s your credit like?” “what kind of down do you have?” after we told her we can worry about that after we’re here to look. She kept pushing about budgeting and we told her we don’t have a budget. AGAIN LOOKING. she then goes “well let me know if you need help” and walked away from us without even showing us any cars. We did our own looking and saw a few we liked. Kerry Kobayashi ended up coming to help us. Super helpful and friendly! He wasn’t pushy or forcing anything on us. Kerry literally took care of us from the start to the finish! He went above and beyond with trying to get us the right car and even walked up and down the isles with us till we found the right one! He wasn’t about money he was trying to make us comfortable and happy . I’ll definitely come back to work with Kerry! Connor from Financing was also super friendly and helpful!
