Elmo and John were great! I needed a new car badly. My old car was starting to fall apart little by little, and the AC was dead. I dreaded the thought of going to a dealer and I needed a new car badly. My old car was starting to fall apart little by little, and the AC was dead. I dreaded the thought of going to a dealer and getting ripped off or sucked into a price war, but buying private party made me nervous as well. So i bit the bullet and did my research and decided I wanted a Honda Fit. I went to all three Honda dealers on Oahu, and ended up buying my car from Tony Honda. My salesperson was Elmo, and he was wonderful. No pressure, no intimidation, none of that. He got me the car I wanted at a price I was very happy with! And he was incredibly patient while I tried to get ahold of my car insurance to add coverage for my new car (which took forever!!!). John handled the finance portion of the transaction and that went smoothly as well. I was very happy with my experience and next time I'm looking for a new car, I won't hesitate to come back! More
