Amazing Experience & Staff Catered To All My Needs! I would like to thank Traci and Scott for such a wonderful job in handling my purchase. My intent was to just look and accompany my cousin in search f I would like to thank Traci and Scott for such a wonderful job in handling my purchase. My intent was to just look and accompany my cousin in search for her vehicle purchase, but because of Traci and Scott's help, I was able to make my first new car purchase. Traci and Scott worked so well together. Speaking with them is like speaking to a long time friend. They bend over backwards for my cousin and I and it make all the difference in my decision. They were very friendly, warming and funny. Scott took me on my test drive and showed me what all the vehicle features were. Some I've never even heard of. Every question I had, he answered and then some. The vehicle that I test drove is not the vehicle I left with. Scott did not hesitate to locate the vehicle I wanted and the color with the specific features I wanted. He made sure I was comfortable with everything in front of me and we stayed past closing hours. Not once did they make us feel unwelcome. After finally purchasing my vehicle, Scott took the time to sit with me in the vehicle and really show me how to operate the radio and the car features. He helped me with paring my phone, making calls, syncing my music etc. Traci and Scott has also made themselves available to my cousin and I. We have been told to contact them with whatever questions we may have. They are not just saying that. I've already contacted Scott and he's very thorough i everything I ask and still extremely helpful. If you ever get a chance to make it to Tony Honda in Waipio, you have to specifically ask for Traci or Scott. They will not disappoint you. I will definitely spread the word to go and see the pair!
