Prior to my appointment I was reminded of my upcoming appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment I was immediately greeted by check in person and directed to a waiting area for a customer service re appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment I was immediately greeted by check in person and directed to a waiting area for a customer service rep. Within minutes I was greeted by the service rep who informed me of the listed services to be done on my car and the estimated time it woud be finished between 1 - 1 and a half hours. I like this dealership. The facility is always clean, especially the restrooms which are important to your female customers. The only negative was the cost of my oil chang The facility is always clean, especially the restrooms which are important to your female customers. The only negative was the cost of my oil change, tire rotation, changing of the cabin filter and one other service. The total cost was $430, which I think is unreasonable. Everything with the oil change appears to ala carte. More
