Let me tell you about how EASY this car sale was and how much I appreciate the level of professionalism this dealership has to offer. I walked in with an emailed buyer's order to buy my wife a 2026 Hyun much I appreciate the level of professionalism this dealership has to offer. I walked in with an emailed buyer's order to buy my wife a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid in preparation for our baby who was already a week overdue. After a quick test drive, I was ready to sign paperwork. WELL, my wife left me unattended for about 5 minutes. Ladies - don't do this. While Alex was preparing the paperwork for the Tucson, I walked back out on to the showroom floor and spotted a new 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited with a sizable 'Manager's Special' price. After a quick review, I walked back in and told Alex to throw that one in too. He laughed until I said I was serious. Alex then called Sophia Mesa back in and told her I'd like to buy the Santa Cruz as well. She wanted me to test-drive their outdoor model and everything was as expected. Even though the Santa Cruz Limited does not include as many cool features as the Tucson Hybrid Limited, it's still almost identical (I will miss the HUD though). Thing is - it comes with a truck-bed, good towing capacity, and a built-in cooler, all while keeping awesome mpg. What more can you ask for? I was ready to take it home same day, but Tony Hyundai insisted that we allow them to inspect and professionally detail the vehicle. The Tony Hyundai team provided us with regular updates, including what looked like a small 1" scratch they found on the hood. I said it was no big deal, but they insisted it get corrected. Tony Hyundai told us that, if they could not remove the mark, they would be willing to repaint the ENTIRE hood at no-cost, or I could choose a detailed paint correction with oil-changes included on the vehicle for free. Thankfully, their team was able to inspect and buff out the mark without having to do anything to the paint. Since we waited a couple days, Sophia personally delivered the vehicle to our house, saving us a drive. It was delivered in pristine condition, and a guarantee that if we find anything on the exterior or interior that they missed, we could bring it in for a free touch up to ensure complete and total satisfaction. The experience was quick and easy. There were no hidden costs or add-ons, the finance team never pressured us into buying add-ons or extended warrantees, and Sophia was an absolutely awesome person to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
