We had a great experience. My family recently had a great experience at Tony Hyundai looking for a new car. My family have had a Nissan-Van, Altima and Rogue throughout the y My family recently had a great experience at Tony Hyundai looking for a new car. My family have had a Nissan-Van, Altima and Rogue throughout the years and so we were thinking of a Nissan car again. But after my wife experienced driving a Hyundai rental car while working on the neighbor so we decided to give Hyundai a try. Of course, we asked other Hyundai owners if they had any problems and all said no. In September 2017, my wife, son and I visited Tony Hyundai and had a great experience fom the time we walked into the showroom to the time we drove our new Hyundai off the lot. Wilber Bergado greeted us and we were delighted with how Wilber walk us through the process over the next 4 nights. Yes, it sure took us long to make up our minds. We actually was looking to replace our Altima which my son used so my son eventually purchased a Sonata Sport on his own. We then decided to trade in our Rogue and purchased a Elantra Limited the following night after my son purchased his car. We were very happy with how the car drove but unfortunately, we were in a traffic accident and our Elantra was too damage to get it repaired So, we went back to Tony Hyundai to purchase another car. We went to see Wilber and he again assisted us with the purchase of a Ioniq Hybred. For all the nights we visited with Wilber, he always was very helpful and pleasant no matter how many questions we had and taking so much of his time. Seems as though he is our friend now and not just a sales person. I've already mentioned to people of how wonderful our Hyundai is performing and that they should try it out and also to ask for Wilber. Again, thank you to Wilber for his assistance. We found a used Mitsubishi Lancer for my son's first car, set up an appointment with Jave Rosales, took it out for a test drive and decided to look no further. Jave was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Even though we already felt like purchasing the car, I noticed that he never once pressured us into making a decision. He respected our moments of pause and discussion about the car. He was also very transparent in the process...no hidden agenda and no BS. We were in and out in about 45 minutes with keys in hand.
