Allan Capello has established a sales and service culture, at Tony Hyundai, that are the absolute Gold Standard. Our Sales Consultant, Josh Matsushige, listened to and acted on my concerns every step of the way, which completely eliminated any stress my wife would have felt with the experience and made her extremely happy. As you know…”Happy Wife, Happy Life”! Josh absolutely nailed it, then handed us off to Angela, whose kindness, caring, and amazing patience made the job of selecting options so seamless and non-stressful. She is such a warm amazing person! As if the experience couldn’t get any better, Angela then handed us off to Jack, who welcomed us back and walked us through the financing process with such Aloha that we both had to fight back tears, when we spoke about him later that evening. This amazing buying experience was topped off by Ashley and Pomaika'i (and the rest of the service team), who contacted us the very next day, scheduled my wife’s service for the first available appointment, then received her, checked her in, and issued her a rental vehicle so quickly and seamlessly, that she bragged (all morning) that “Tony Hyundai’s service process must have been designed with Women in mind”.
