But we were met with Ken Smiley who really took the time to show us and explain to us a car we were looking at online. He made sure it was exactly what we were looking for, and showed us a few more similar cars that were around it. And when my husband asked for a slightly different one, he was very patient in finding us that car that had the specific qualities that satisfied both of us. And didn't make us feel rushed at all, even though we were there past their normal hours. After finalizing our decision, we worked with Angie Ermitanio to customize our new vehicle. She made sure to show us all the options, and how they may benefit us. Very informative and efficient. Lastly, we worked with Jack Wolfanger in the finance department to go over the service plan, warranty, and payments. He was so welcoming, and very patient as well. He took the time to read over all the fine print, and clarify whatever we were unsure about. Usually the finances are the hardest part to talk about, but he made it as easy as butter. We appreciate all the time everyone on the team took to make this process smooth! More

I like to keep my car for as long as I can keep it going, but I was forced to purchase another car due to unforeseen circumstances. I usually dread going to a dealership and dealing with aggressive salesman. Richard Nakanishi is the polar opposite of what I expected from a car salesman. He saw me looking at a Hyundai sonata and talked to me about my interests in a car. It was a pleasant conversation and as he told me about the features of the sonata (most of which I already knew due to extensive research) hearing him say it got me more determined to purchase this vehicle. He asked me if I would like to test drive a sonata out to see if I liked the feel of it. The test drive of the vehicle was very pleasant and Richard helped me understand more about the vehicle by telling me about the different drive modes of the sonata sport. I had a special situation where I had to have my mother cosign for the vehicle and she was on the mainland and Richard efficiently helped me work out my situation and a couple days later I was able to drive away with my car (which I am absolutely in love with). I always tell everyone they should buy a Hyundai and after the great experience that Richard Nakanishi provided me, I have complete confidence in telling my friends that they should go to this specific dealership when they purchase their Hyundai. More
