Salesman was friendly, informative and NOT pushy which I appreciated. Facilities were modern and clean. Inventory was sufficient; however this was a Hyundai, not a true Genesis dealership. The overall experience was delightful. The sales associates I worked with Andrea, Dennis and Miles were extremely professional and thorough. I would have given this dealership five stars but right when we were finishing the final exchange of words I kind of felt pressured, by the manager, to give the dealership a good review. It didn’t genuine. The questions I were specifically asked about my experience were kind of subjective and did not represent the actual quality of service that took place. For example, I was specifically asked how much time passed between meeting the sales associates and finance. The answer the manager was looking for was less than 30 minutes. Although this is true, technical difficulties lead to me signing financial paperwork after 45 minutes to an hour of waiting. My appointment was at 1 PM left a little bit after 5 PM, with majority of the delay, being the fault of computer systems not operating correctly. My only suggestion is when asking the customer about their experience to leave the questions to be open-ended with their honest responses, and not to cater their responses to benefit their ratings.
