I have worked in this industry for 35 years and would love to point out several areas that need some attention. The rest room was semi clean but like most men's rest rooms there was considerable urine on the floor and the air was stale I would suggest a new stronger exhaust fans or deodorant in the urinals. My wife gave the women's restroom a clean bill of health. The show room was acceptable in furniture and layout. Our salesman Andy Kim was knowledgeable, and courteous in every way to both myself and my wife. Dawn Bake, finance manager was a pleasure to talk with. it became appearrent to my wife and I that she was knowledgeable about your industry and her job as well. I would like to see her office more cutting edge in design and larger in size. This is where all your new customers sit and discuss finance and need to feel assured that they have made the right decision to spend their hard-earned money with your dealership. The finance office needs to be tidy up and have pictures of your product line on the walls.
