Called Tony Nissan Service dept explained the situation and couldn't commit to a time frame when I could bring vehicle in. On my way there called to inform them I was on my way, agent said she'd send an email. When I arrived I was greeted by an attendant who immediately performed a battery test and almost immediately the service adviser William Bulosan who said he say the email after I gave him a brief explanation. He immediately explained what will be done along with the cost and the complimentary service that will be provided. William went an extra mile to cover the area of extended warranty informing me that Nissan provided that as well but I already had one and he explained how the warranty would work and the coverage I should look for. The wait time wasn't that bad considering I didn't have an appointment. More

Nissan #2 🤗 My very first car was a Nissan Versa which was a great first, one year later and I'm out with a brand new 2016 Altima which I already love! Ask For Eli if You Want an Easy Time Buying Went there and was greeted promptly. Eli came to help me and we got right down to business (after my friend who was tagging along for a looky-loo and Went there and was greeted promptly. Eli came to help me and we got right down to business (after my friend who was tagging along for a looky-loo and to be my negotiation wingman got coffee and a snack, courtesy of Tony Nissan), and Eli first asked me what MY needs were, and I really appreciated this, it saved us both time, and showed that he was there to honestly help me, not just make a sale. I told him exactly what I had in mind and Eli kept all the vehicles shown to those parameters, which were very specific. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Sentra which checked every box on my list. After some negotiating, I got some numbers that made sense and closed the deal, and drove my car off the lot that afternoon. The only thing I would add is the financing rates initially offered were a smidge on the high side though it might differ based on someone's credit score and/or previously having a car loan (I have never financed a car before so that was a mark against me). I still ended up with a decent rate, but if I was more prepared I could have gotten pre-approval from a credit union. However, that way my fault, and not the fault of Eli or Tony Nissan. I recommend going to a credit union and prearranging financing before visiting, but it nevertheless was convenient that they did offer in house financing. I would buy a car again from Eli and/or Tony Nissan, was very happy with my purchase, and the fact that even after I signed on the line, Eli took the time to call me a couple days later and check up to make sure I was happy, and that everything was going well. A great big Mahalo to the Eli and the folks at Tony Nissan for making my car buying experience quick and painless. I had never purchased a car before and expected some bamboozling, slick-talking salespeople, and feared for the worst. I'm happy to report that my expectations were far from what the reality was, which was a great vehicle at a fair price. I've not needed maintenance of any kind yet (it was almost a new car, <11,000 miles), but would be willing to just have Tony Nissan service the vehicle as well, based on the service and follow-up I got during the purchase. More

Aside from an hour wait while computer repairs took place, the visit was smooth and the staff friendly. I was a little put off having to return two weeks after purchase for a safety check, I imagine there was a reason it couldn't have been done before I picked up the vehicle, but it was a fairly quick visit and the staff was again friendly and helpful. More
