My natural reaction was to get irritated and aggressive, at which point Jason but me on check. He did this by being empathetic, patient and efficient. He listened to me vent my concerns all the while displaying a sincere and authentic demeanor. In addition to being a genuine and caring person, he is on point with his work ethic. This young man was all around superior, because he went above and beyond to address and correct all my concerns and issues! His service alone will make me a lifetime customer.
