Everyone was pleasant. The up selling was ridiculous though. I was there for a very simple recall. They 'inspected' the vehicle and recommended new front brakes (it does ne The up selling was ridiculous though. I was there for a very simple recall. They 'inspected' the vehicle and recommended new front brakes (it does need brakes soon) and a flush of the brake fluid, power steering fluid & transmission fluid. I pointed out that all of those fluids had been changed within the past 12 months She said they would recommend doing it anyway. Really? There is no way the tech actually looked at the fluids in question and determined they needed changing. He just assumed it needed changing because of the mileage. Also, recommending I change them anyway after I pointed out the truck already had those services performed recently was just an obvious money grab. Upselling like this is why dealers get a bad name. More

I just think they rushed me into that car the day I bought it. And it already needs brake pads and rotors turned. And the sound underneath the car has been an issue for me.
