You’re right that Nissan’s warranty doesn’t cover rentals (we wish we could bend those rules… we’ve tried, the warranty folks don’t laugh). And when loaners run out, it can make a tough situation even tougher. But we absolutely could’ve kept you better in the loop while your vehicle was with us. If you’d like to talk it through, our customer service ninja Maxine is at (256) 676‑2435—she’s great at sorting things out, and she actually answers without you having to play 20 questions.
