Horrible. I was in the lounge for FOUR HOURS for what should have been a simple oil change. No one came in to inform me of what was going on with my vehicle. I had to ask. Although two of three recalls w should have been a simple oil change. No one came in to inform me of what was going on with my vehicle. I had to ask.
