Mr Arroyo was not only pleasant & professional he was understanding of my circumstances & assured me that he would do what was in his power to get me in a car by the weekend (just a day away). I live in Charleston & because the offer for financing was only for your location in Orangeburg Mr Arroyo went a step further & delivered my car to me with a beautiful green bow! That person touch was very much appreciated after I’d been stressed out from not having a car it really made me feel like a valued customer! He was such a pleasure to deal with as he was at my beckoning call but never prodded or pushed me at all. He showed the Ram to me 3 different times and took me on 2 test drives.
