My Ram 1500 Purchase I first looked at my Ram at Plaza CDJR Orangeburg in mid October of this year. He was such a pleasure to deal with as he was at my beckoning call but never prodded or pushed me at all. He showed the Ram to me 3 different times and took me on 2 test drives. When I decided to purchase the Ram from them they made it very simple and efficient and had it all shined up and ready to go. I’d give them 4-1/2 stars if that was an option. More

Didn't Go Above and Beyond for Customer The vehicle I had made an appointment to look at was not the one I was shown, I was told there had been a mix-up with the pictures online. It was a 2019 but was used. The car was not clean when I took it home but they were able to clean it the next day. The salesman originally told me when I purchased the car that they would give me the spare key and the car's manual when i brought the vehicle back to be cleaned the next day. When I came back the following day I was then told by Devontre that the car's prior owner had not turned in the spare key or manual but they would give me a manual out of a similar vehicle. I didn't think much of it at the time but later realized I should have asked them to purchase me a spare key because I latee found out how expensive it is to make a new one. Bumper was who we dealt with financially and he was awesome. Just not impressed with the salesman because he didn't offer to make anything right with the key situation. Also i have realized that when my car locks me out of the radio, the unlock code in my manual is most definitely NOT the correct code for my car because, obviously, I was given the wrong manual...
