Terrible! Almost 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation on my Dodge. I get there about 15 minutes early and they check me in. I was there for almost 4 I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation on my Dodge. I get there about 15 minutes early and they check me in. I was there for almost 4 hours. No one said anything about they were overbooked until I asked. They should have told me when I got there that it would be a half day experience and should have given me a car to drive along with all of the other customers that were having to wait also. More
