Mostly good, however frustrating because of our situation. Frustrating because we were traveling from NH to FL and car started having problems in SC. Arrived on a Saturday (bad because of no service men at work). Stayed two nights at a motel and went back on Monday morning. We were told our car needed a new transmission. However, the garage could not get a new transmission for a month or more because of back orders. Not a good sign for Chrysler. Our choices were either to rent a car, continue on to FL, and go back to pick up our car after it was fixed, or trade it for a new car. We decided to trade it. The employees were all polite and accommodating. We did have a problem with the finance employee, Nate Ellison, who we felt should have gone over the items in our loan agreement with us, as we had a charge for a warranty that we did not understand and could have corrected it at the time of signing instead of later. Service call My car had the check engine light on and was not shifting correctly. Service was way above and beyond what I ever expected I found the Ram I wanted online at a price that was better than all other websites within 200 miles and sent a message online through the website. Within a few minutes Daniel Arroyo emailed me his personal number and offered to answer any questions I had about the truck. I gave him a call and he was completely honest from the get go. I had a couple of questions some features on the truck that he did not know the answer to so he went to the truck on the lot and texted me a video clarifying all of my questions. I was impressed at this point but he continued to provide service above what I have ever experienced at any other dealership. I explained to Daniel that I liked the truck but was not sure when I would be able to get to St. Mathews (I live about an hour away in Charleston) to test drive it. Daniel followed up with me (no pressure, just a follow up text) a couple days later to see if I was still interested in the truck. I explained that I was but that I had an accident that prevented me from driving. He checked with his manager AND OFFERED TO DRIVE THE TRUCK TO ME!!! He drove all the way from St. Mathews to let me hobble around the truck on crutches to inspect it. As I was still on crutches we discussed the numbers and came to an agreement. I wanted to have the truck bed sprayed with Line-X before he brought it back and he made it happen. He delivered the truck, with Brandon Jamison an associate to drive him back (who was also very friendly and professional) yesterday, Oct 24th 2018 freshly detailed, LineX bedliner, the whole nine yards. I treated him to an appetizer at a local restaurant while he carefully explained the paperwork. I still can't drive my new truck but I will be purchasing more vehicles from Daniel and Plaza! These guys earned my business and they deserve recognition for it. If you want the best service hands down get in touch with Daniel!!!
