Vehicle Greasy Hand Prints I don't have a problem with the service writers it's those sorry none professional mechanics leaving hands prints all over the place. It's 4th time th I don't have a problem with the service writers it's those sorry none professional mechanics leaving hands prints all over the place. It's 4th time that I experience this behavior, bought it to the attention of 2 difference managers at 2 difference times 1 manager made it right and the other made a promise that wasn't kept. A lot of people in position that I think are very unprofessional. No one communicates what's going on with service side, because if it was happening there's no way I would've experience this for the 4th time. I think there should be some more training for managers, and supervisors to make sure that every customer whether they are looking to buy are have a service done that they leave Plaza Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Orangeburg satisfied. And make sure when they call a customer to come pick there vehicle up it's ready not having greasy hand and foot prints all over it, More

For Jarell Smith Jarell was a great saleman he was very patient and nice. He made sure we were happy with the vehicle we picked. Mostly good, however frustrating because of our situation. Frustrating because we were traveling from NH to FL and car started having problems in SC. Arrived on a Saturday (bad because of no service men at wo Frustrating because we were traveling from NH to FL and car started having problems in SC. Arrived on a Saturday (bad because of no service men at work). Stayed two nights at a motel and went back on Monday morning. We were told our car needed a new transmission. However, the garage could not get a new transmission for a month or more because of back orders. Not a good sign for Chrysler. Our choices were either to rent a car, continue on to FL, and go back to pick up our car after it was fixed, or trade it for a new car. We decided to trade it. The employees were all polite and accommodating. We did have a problem with the finance employee, Nate Ellison, who we felt should have gone over the items in our loan agreement with us, as we had a charge for a warranty that we did not understand and could have corrected it at the time of signing instead of later. More

Service call My car had the check engine light on and was not shifting correctly. I carried it to the service department and Norm was wonderful in taking care of My car had the check engine light on and was not shifting correctly. I carried it to the service department and Norm was wonderful in taking care of my car. He took time to brief me on what could be the issue. By 4 pm my car was ready and runs great. They are courteous and professional. More
