Good sales associate Danial, did a great job and I have already recommended him to a friend. The sales manager was a fast talking typical car salesman. We had decided to Danial, did a great job and I have already recommended him to a friend. The sales manager was a fast talking typical car salesman. We had decided to wait to buy a new car because of our credit but after a few calls from them we agreed to come in eventhough I told Sabrina on the phone our credit and amount owed on my SUV made us not that good of canidits for buying yet. We had decided to wait and buy when our credit was better “we have been working on it for a couple months”and our SUV was paid down. Kelly blue book said we were about Even on value to amount owed. After going to our appointment we met Daniel and he did a great job even though we told him our situation. After all said and done the “manager” came in and said our credit was good enough 640 to buy but not good enough for the incentives offered on line and then proceeded to tell us all the same things that I expressed concern about originally. He basically said our credit sucked just enough that we wouldn’t get anything they offered online or a good interest rate and we were wayyyy upside down, he also said “we were basically driving a taxi” because our SUV just turned 100k Miles. Other than meeting a great sales person it was a complete waste of three hours of our Saturday afternoon. I understand that everyone doesn’t know their credit score and their car value or understand about interest rates but you can’t assume that everyone doesn’t, then insult them with what they already know. I hope they make Danial a manager and maybe he will teach others how to treat ppl. Thx More
