No customer appreciation Spent four hours at service dept for an oil change and transmission service..i was there 4 hours for a 1 oclock appointment..they took my car in at 1 Spent four hours at service dept for an oil change and transmission service..i was there 4 hours for a 1 oclock appointment..they took my car in at 12:45.. first time i was there they put new wipers on which blew off on the way home ..they try to pacify you by telling you..their working on it..when i witnessed half the mechanics outback playing with their drones it prob explains why customer service is at the bottom of priority list..when i called to address it with gm..he was non chalant and could care less..certaimly not the reaction i expected..will travel 50 miles to another dealership before i go back there..
