Correction of cruise control problem Sue was very helpful. She listened to my complaints and told me what she would try and do. She was very knowledgeable about my truck and some of the quirks that it has. She did not promise me that she would fix it but did say that they would do the best that they could. That afternoon the problem seemed to be corrected and it has not happened since they worked on it. However like I told her it only happened sporadically so I hope but am not positive that it is fixed. I have been fighting this issue since we bought the truck and she was the first to really try to do anything about it. If you had more like her then your business would greatly improve. More

Great sales, not so great maintenance My sales representative Vyus was awesome, worked hard to get me into a car, and listened to my concerns. The maintenance team did not strike me as the My sales representative Vyus was awesome, worked hard to get me into a car, and listened to my concerns. The maintenance team did not strike me as the same quality. The seatbelt in the rear center of the vehicle was twisted and I had to convince the maintenance team that this needed fixed before I would purchase the vehicle. The tires were also bald and I had to negotiate the purchase of new tires into the initial sale. When I went to drive the vehicle home after the initial purchase, I checked all the fluids and discovered that there was ZERO coolant in the truck. Bone dry. I had to get another rental vehicle to drive out and purchase coolant. The rental vehicle was also completely empty as far as coolant. On top of that, when I went to drive the vehicle, it had a bad shake at or around the 65 mph speed, which I had to drive back into the dealership to get fixed after purchase. Bottom line, sales was great, but please be careful to check the vehicle thoroughly before purchasing. More
