We had to wait 2 hours before the finance guy who had the same cheery demeanor of a gestapo officer could be cajoled by another sales person to help us. He was as pleasant through the process as a bout of cholera in the tropics. When we had finally waited some more, having endured the entire canon of bad eighties hits, we drove the vehicle for about five miles when it over heated. We had to drive back to the dealership to haggle with the manager who also went to gestapo finishing school. He reluctantly canceled the sale and acted as though he were giving us extra gruel at the gulag. After nearly seven hours at this dealership, full of nihilistic penury the likes of which would baffle even Solzhenitsyn, we had no car and no assurance that anything would be done to correct this epic debacle. The nice sales person did email two days later to tell us that though we had been told four times the car had been serviced, it had not been serviced at all. If you like a good old fashion day of existential despair, this dealership would win the Camus award for Sisyphian pointlessness. More

Not a pleasant experience. Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once a Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off. More

Gave me a good price for a vehicle on the lot, even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted. We started a process with them where I could get what I wanted. They dragged me around for over 3 weeks and even scheduled an appointment for me to drive an hour after work to come see them. When I arrived, they were too busy with their event to work with me. There was a lot of smooth talk, but I see what's going on. I've been more than patient and gave them plenty of chances. There's much more to the story, but I'll leave it at that. My needs have already been satisfied through another dealership. More

While nice, I wouldn't recommend this dealership for service While the negative experienced I received on this warranty work needs to be also shared with Dodge Corporate, I was not satisfied with the service I r While the negative experienced I received on this warranty work needs to be also shared with Dodge Corporate, I was not satisfied with the service I received from this dealership. Putting aside the fact that it took over a month to get my car back to me (which, I believe is primary due to Dodge Corporate and not this dealership), when I finally received my car it has to following damage on it which was not present when I dropped it off: * a basketball sized dent in the tailgate (in circumference, not in depth) * a bent tailpipe (which I have to assume happened at the same time as the aforementioned dent) * 4 flat tires (fortunately a nearby shop was able to put air in them for me) * a broken left turn signal with a missing cover (circuit-board was exposed) It might be that if you are local and the dealership does not need to be responsible for your car for anything longer than a few hours or a day, this might be a good place to go. However, given the state of my car when it was finally returned to me, I can not recommend this dealership. More
