My husband and I came to the dealership to take a look at the Dodge Avenger for me and to see what used Truc and our favorite salesman Joseph Rafail. Our salesman, Joseph Rafail, was courteous, friendly, and full of information about the Dodge Avenger. He took the time to tell us what Orangeburg Automotive could offer us without pressuring us to buy. During the test drive he continued to explain the various features thoroughly and how it could meet my transportation needs. By the time the test drive was over, I was hooked but not sure I could buy a car at that time. Joseph took the time to tell me about the various in-house financing and other rebates available. Within a hour, the fantastic Orangeburg Automotive team had me a vehicle financed, washed, full of gas and ready for me to drive home. While I was talking to the finance department, my husband was looking at the used trucks that was available. Even though the selection was good, none of the trucks available met his need. Joseph our salesman went into action and started looking over the new trucks that were available and found a new Ram 1500 that fit the needs of my husband. Joseph took him on a test drive and explained all of the features the truck had and how it could meet his needs. By the time they returned my husband was hooked but didn't think we could afford 2 new vehicles at this time. Again the Orangeburg Automotive team went into action and with their in-house financing and rebates, he was able to get a new Ram 1500 instead of the used truck he intended to buy. Wow!!! First of all, I would like to thank Joseph Rafail for taking the time to get to know us and see what vehicles would work best for us. I came to Orangeburg Automotive on Jan.11th 2013 in dire need of some depenable, affordable, transportation. I was involved in an auto accident on Dec. 21st 2012, my car was a total loss so I needed a car a need of some depenable, affordable, transportation. Which was no fun at all. I came on the lot where ken greeted me, not in a pushy, hurry up and buy this car approach but a very calm professional manner. And he is very knowledgeable of of the business, invited me in, sat down and talked to me as a person, not a salesman. Asked me pertinant questions to asscertain facts of what i needed, not wanted. After which he discussed with me my buying power vs. what i would like to have which was very important,not only in terms of down payment but long term, down the road like monthly payments that i could handle and that i really was very pleased with.
