However, I was encouraged the second I saw the car on their website. The price was beyond reasonable and they were upfront about posting pictures of the minor scratches on the used car. When we got to the lot, Keith was available within minutes. He was prompt with getting us in the car for a test drive. I enjoyed working with Keith-- he was friendly, informative, and made buying the car hassle free. All the staff were professional and easy going; never once did I feel pressured into buying the car.
