I hate the pressure of looking and dealing with a car purchase, but my experience at Toothman was like no other, there was no pressure and the made everything so easy. When I started looking around the lot I was greeted by a salesman, Corey, very promptly, he was knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. I told him what I was looking for and why. He showed us what he had, We had just started looking so he printed out fact sheets on the cars I liked. a couple days later, I needed more information and when I called his cell he was out of town but got the information I needed to me in less than 15 minutes! Upon deciding I wanted to test drive a car on their lot, I found that Corey was out of town but Keith assisted us in test driving and made the process of purchasing the car I wanted so simple and no stress. It was like I was working with family! After my purchase Keith showed us all the options on our car and how they worked, he continued to spend as much time as I needed to understand all the functions of the car, he also helped me pair my cell phone to my new car as well. I happened to come across an expedition on the website and it looked very similar to what we were looking for, I emailed a request in to check inventory very late at night not expecting a reply until the following morning, A response came back that night with a confirmation on contact information, by 9 o'clock in the morning I received a call while I was driving there to confirm the expedition was there and we told them we were on our way. When we arrived the vehicle had been gassed up, the snow removed and was warmed up and ready for us to test drive, no high-pressure salesman, sales manager was courteous and flexible and financing was easy, possibly our best car buying experience yet!
