Look Elsewhere Due to my experience with Toothman Ford, it led me to look elsewhere, and boy am I glad I did! If it wasn't for the sketchy employees and overpriced vehicles I would have have bought a car from them. Thankfully i did not because I left their lot and found my dream car: a brand new Kia Soul from the Kia dealer in Morgantown. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because I did end up finding my dream car after dealing with them. So THANK YOU Toothman Ford for helping me find my dream car...... from a whole different company! :D also, if you could please stop calling my family asking if we would be interested in buying a car from your lot it would be greatly appreciated. More

Very friendly Team who made me feel right at home.. Since my vehicle was nine years old, it was time for a new one. My husband found a 2015 Lincoln at Toothmans so we went for a test drive and to talk to the sales people. The car was in great condition so we decided to buy it. Donnie and Keith handled the sales and made the purchase go smoothly. We were given a fair price for our trade-in. The first was purchased from Donnie McMIllen in 2014 with the buying experience being so positive that when looking to purchase another vehicle my wife and I did not consider other dealers. Yesterday, we returned to Toothman to purchase a 2014 Jeep and were greeted by Mr. Corey McMillen. Corey was knowledgeable of the inventory, took our needs into consideration and did not try to up sell us. Most importantly, Corey was straight forward and honest with pricing. Every interaction we had with the employees of this dealership was favorable. We ended up keeping the employees past there standard quitting time to finalize the paperwork and not a single person seemed irritated or pushy to get us out. Thank you for the experience and we look forward to working with you in the future. More
