Great Dealership with Quality Service and Support My Wife "Lisa" and I purchased a Used 2011 Ford Expedition on Aug 1, 2016 and we were meet with people how really wanted to help us and deal with our My Wife "Lisa" and I purchased a Used 2011 Ford Expedition on Aug 1, 2016 and we were meet with people how really wanted to help us and deal with our concerns. The first person was the Sales rep Justin and Sales Manager Donnie McMillean who sold us on the vehicle we wanted. They got us in the price range we wanted and everything worked out great and then we were given some options on accessories that we added to our Expedition and then the extended warranty that was really good by Rob Insani the sign and drive. They also cleaned the Expedition up and got everything ready for us to drive off the lot and we are more than Happy with our service and also customer support. I will definitely tell anyone and everyone that they need to experience Toothman Ford a great Ford Experience and service with a smile. I would also like to Thank all the people at Toothman Ford for there patience and also quality and be so professional in helping there customers with all the needs. We purchased our first Toothman Ford is hands down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with period....every member of their staff is top notch. We purchased our first vehicle during there recent Hail Sale and got a great deal on a new Ford Escape. There isn't a dealership around that could handle the circumstances surrounding the Hail Sale as well as Toothman Ford. We were treated so well that we returned a few months later and purchased a second vehicle. If you are looking for a new car I would recommend them with no doubt!!!!! More
