oil leak I brought in my chevy silverado pickup that I bought from guys a few years ago, it had a real bad oil leak , the one who helped was alyssa paniati , I brought in my chevy silverado pickup that I bought from guys a few years ago, it had a real bad oil leak , the one who helped was alyssa paniati , shewent above and beyond because she got me in there even though they were really busy and could not fit any body in , but she made a point of getting the truck looked at for me to discover where oil leak was , I brought truck in there and she had mechaniclookat it and there was no leak any where except where the oil filter was , I had oil changed from valvoline from dow the street from them , I will never bring my vehicle back to the quickie change places any more as the work is getting shoddy and careless , the mechanics at the dealership always go above and beyond to help me understand the nature of the work , and what it is and what was done and how , they are very patient withme always , ive never see any of the employees there whove had a bad day and take it out on customers , the level of professionalism at alfanos is exemplary , and thier customer servive is the absolute best any where , its a joy to go there because not only do iknow they will do the jobs right , they will also go to whatever lengths to assist the customer . I especially appreciate employees there like alyssa paniati who always have a track record with me to go above and beyond in customer service , it is my heart felt feeling you shouod do more to get and have more employees like her , daniel s patten jr More

Torrington alfanos Hyundai is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with my car has had one problem after the other since I bought it. It's a 2010 elantra with less than 70000 miles on it dealerships I have ever dealt with my car has had one problem after the other since I bought it. It's a 2010 elantra with less than 70000 miles on it and ive noticed my transmission slipping and the color is off which means it needs service but instead of just draining it I'm told it needs to be rebuilt and thats not all since I've bought it. The cruise control was broken they only fixed that because it was still under warranty and another problem is my O2 sensor went and my window regulator broke. I have had nothing but problems. And I have had this car less than six months. I do not recommended any ever go to torrington alfanos Hyundai because they will not help you and could care less about your car or safety. More

We were lied to from the date of signing.. We were told we would have 30 days to return the vehicle, that was a lie. They left a xxxxxxx under the hood or the car after fixing it once, they all though it w we would have 30 days to return the vehicle, that was a lie. They called us knowing we don't have the title saying they would buy the car back but they needed the title which they know we don't have. I thought that they were going to help us by paying off the loan to get the title but that was a lie as well. My husband and i do not feel this car is safe to drive. More

Everyone was very friendly while my husband and I were there looking at cars. However, it has been over a week since we bought the car, and I have made numerous calls to the dealership and have left MANY there looking at cars. However, it has been over a week since we bought the car, and I have made numerous calls to the dealership and have left MANY messages for Ken and Jeff on voicemail and with the receptionist.. NO ONE has returned my calls. Twice Jeff (sales manager)has stated that Ken(finance) will call me back within 10 minutes, and it has never happened. This has been over a week since I have been trying to contact someone. Our paperwork is not correct (mileage), we did not receive GAP insurance on the final paperwork, which we requested it, and we want to take off one of the warranty items. Again, NO ONE is returning our callls. I have started documenting all calls made because I may have to take this farther. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We feel jilted in the customer service area, that the workers were nice and friendly to get us in a car, and now they want nothing to do with us. We are frustrated and NOT HAPPY with the service we have received. If we could take back the car and start again, we would! There are many other dealerships would would not treat people this way. Best car buying experience ever! Salesman asked all the right questions and didn't waste my time. He knew I was a buyer and offered a very fair price. I went to buy a new 2012 Veloster . I agreed to pay the full price of the car with no discount plus tax ,reg and office fees . But it seems that wasn't enough profit for them , they informed me they put xt full price of the car with no discount plus tax ,reg and office fees . But it seems that wasn't enough profit for them , they informed me they put xtras on the car such as paint and interior protection that they wanted a highly inflated price for . I told them I did not want those xtras and I would wait for the next delivery . They told me it's there policy to stick on those xtras weither I want them or not . I then went to another dealer and purchased a new Veloster . The new dealer would have liked to sell me some xtras but respected my wishes and closed the deal . More
