Hyundai, and the dealership does not return phone calls. After waiting 6 weeks for a Hyundai “case manager “ to call, (which I was told would take 6 to 10 days) I was told nothing at all could ,or would, be done.
On another subject, you get an email telling you to input your VIN to see if you have a safety recall. The email comes from the dealership. I would suppose, like all other car manufacturers, that if a recall was needed you would be notified by mail regarding the issue and severity, but no, I guess it’s up to me to see if my car is safe to drive.
After multiple phone calls for both issues, I found the management uncaring after the sale. I will not return.
