Mike the Finance manager is basically a complete liar and scammer. (He's trying to say I agreed to add 2500$ to my loan amount, in other words extremely unprofessional and vindictive of this person when no o scammer. Used 2017 Elantra bought here. Hyundai knows the “pearl white “ paint peels off the car in sheets. So does Torrington Hyundai. I was told bu the body shop they are well aware of the factory defect and have white “ paint peels off the car in sheets. So does Torrington Hyundai. I was told bu the body shop they are well aware of the factory defect and have repainted lots of these - at the owners cost - not theirs, or Hyundai since the paint warranty is 36k miles. Hyundai, and the dealership does not return phone calls. After waiting 6 weeks for a Hyundai “case manager “ to call, (which I was told would take 6 to 10 days) I was told nothing at all could ,or would, be done. On another subject, you get an email telling you to input your VIN to see if you have a safety recall. The email comes from the dealership. I would suppose, like all other car manufacturers, that if a recall was needed you would be notified by mail regarding the issue and severity, but no, I guess it’s up to me to see if my car is safe to drive. After multiple phone calls for both issues, I found the management uncaring after the sale. I will not return. More

Wheel Install and Alignment Service After getting a few quotes, I found Torrington Hyundai had competitive pricing on getting new wheels, installing them and performing a wheel alignment After getting a few quotes, I found Torrington Hyundai had competitive pricing on getting new wheels, installing them and performing a wheel alignment, so I decided to go there. I went for a 1pm afternoon appointment, they got me right in and lifted the car to do the service. I brought work with me since it was in the middle of the say and was able to work while my car was worked on. Connected to wifi very easily, and the service waiting room was quiet, clean, had TV and water to make a comfortable experience. Larry was helpful with letting me know it would be a couple hours and they held to that. The appointment was 2 hours and they didn't run late. More
