I went to buy a new 2012 Veloster . I agreed to pay the full price of the car with no discount plus tax ,reg and office fees . But it seems that wasn't enough profit for them , they informed me they put xt full price of the car with no discount plus tax ,reg and office fees . But it seems that wasn't enough profit for them , they informed me they put xtras on the car such as paint and interior protection that they wanted a highly inflated price for . I told them I did not want those xtras and I would wait for the next delivery . They told me it's there policy to stick on those xtras weither I want them or not . I then went to another dealer and purchased a new Veloster . The new dealer would have liked to sell me some xtras but respected my wishes and closed the deal . More

Although we thought we had a specific model in mind, he recommended another that turned out what we told him were our needs and wants in a new car. My experience was good compared to past ones I've had at other dealers in the past. Kit was always honest and I know he worked hard to get me a great deal. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! I I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! I wanted to purchase a Hyundai Elantra and I waited two months and still I did not receive a car. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! I wanted to purchase a Hyundai Elantra and I waited two months and still I did not receive a car. I would get a call about every two weeks saying "well the cars not here" and even was told that I "need to be patient" and note that I called this dealership only once during the two months. When I went to another dealership to buy my new car, I received a phone call from Torrington Hyundai and when I said I didn't need their services because I received an Elantra already the man gave an attitude and hung up the phone on me. I am still waiting for my deposit back from them and unlike the man who wrote about his motorcycle, I better Get that money back. Be very careful when using this dealership! More

I visited the dealership to look at a used motorcycle they had on the lot. It was the exact bike I was in the market for (but very overpriced) and I clearly stated that I would need a few weeks to come u they had on the lot. It was the exact bike I was in the market for (but very overpriced) and I clearly stated that I would need a few weeks to come up with the rest of the money to pay cash for it. The sales guy seemed nice enough and said it would be "no problem" as long as I left a deposit right then and there, they would hold the bike for me for as long as I needed. The sales guy also indicated to me that there was "no obligation" and my deposit would be fully refundable if I changed my mind or found something else. I like the idea of doing business close to home, so I decided to leave a deposit that same day. As soon as I gave the deposit there was a "SOLD" sign placed on the bike and it was taken off the lot. A few days later we were riding by the dealership and there it was out front again for sale. The next day it was outside again and people were sitting on it and touching it. A week and a half later someone was seen riding it around with a dealer plate on it! It seemed to me that they didn't care about the fact that I had intended to buy the bike, and my deposit must not mean a thing. I also had concerns about what condition this bike would be in by the time I went back to fully purchase it, so at that point I decided to look for a bike elsewhere. When I called the dealership to let them know I was no longer interested in making the purchase, they gave me the run around for weeks. Then when I eventually showed up at the dealership in person a couple weeks later to get my cash deposit back, they flat out refused! There is nothing on my receipt that says the deposit is NOT refundable. The people I dealt with all turned out to be very dishonest, including the owner of the dealership who had absolutely no interest in hearing my valid complaint. I would be very careful when doing business at this establishment, as I would not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I am out a lot of money. Beware of these fast talkers!! More
