I would get a call about every two weeks saying "well the cars not here" and even was told that I "need to be patient" and note that I called this dealership only once during the two months. When I went to another dealership to buy my new car, I received a phone call from Torrington Hyundai and when I said I didn't need their services because I received an Elantra already the man gave an attitude and hung up the phone on me. I am still waiting for my deposit back from them and unlike the man who wrote about his motorcycle, I better Get that money back. Be very careful when using this dealership! More

I visited the dealership to look at a used motorcycle they had on the lot. It was the exact bike I was in the market for (but very overpriced) and I clearly stated that I would need a few weeks to come u they had on the lot. The sales guy seemed nice enough and said it would be "no problem" as long as I left a deposit right then and there, they would hold the bike for me for as long as I needed. The sales guy also indicated to me that there was "no obligation" and my deposit would be fully refundable if I changed my mind or found something else. I like the idea of doing business close to home, so I decided to leave a deposit that same day. As soon as I gave the deposit there was a "SOLD" sign placed on the bike and it was taken off the lot. A few days later we were riding by the dealership and there it was out front again for sale. The next day it was outside again and people were sitting on it and touching it. A week and a half later someone was seen riding it around with a dealer plate on it! It seemed to me that they didn't care about the fact that I had intended to buy the bike, and my deposit must not mean a thing. I also had concerns about what condition this bike would be in by the time I went back to fully purchase it, so at that point I decided to look for a bike elsewhere. When I called the dealership to let them know I was no longer interested in making the purchase, they gave me the run around for weeks. Then when I eventually showed up at the dealership in person a couple weeks later to get my cash deposit back, they flat out refused! There is nothing on my receipt that says the deposit is NOT refundable. The people I dealt with all turned out to be very dishonest, including the owner of the dealership who had absolutely no interest in hearing my valid complaint. I would be very careful when doing business at this establishment, as I would not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I am out a lot of money. Beware of these fast talkers!! More

I bought a used Subaru WRX someone traded in [supposidly]. They raped the price beyond its value. My sales rep was friendly, but thats as far as good as this place gets. Many things went wrong with the car in the first 2 days I bought the car. The SERVICE DEPT in lack of a better word, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Im not too sure of the guys name, but he was beyond ignorant, unwilling to help and just about USELESS. They not only murdered the window switch in my back passenger door for no plyable reason, which i told him was broken in the front passenger door. So before i even brought the car back up, he told me he had ordered the part, in which he DIDNT. He then accused me of breaking the door handle, in which is NOT broken. A relay was clickin in the car and he pretty told me i was wrong, when the tech checked, it was... guess? A RELAY!! They also refused to give me a rental while they took 4 hours to replace a SERPENTINE Belt, which takes a whole 15 minutes? Horrible service. Wouldnt recommend them, even if they paid me. They want the money and then send out out the door. Scam artists, will sell you useless contracts for the car by telling you that you need them.. when you really dont. These guys are slimy! We purchased a car knowing how much they paid for it, were fair about a price discount, and ended up paying sticker price. They gave us the "my father taught me to treat people like I would like to be treated" line, then they pulled every slimy used car sales trick int he book. They stated that "everyone pays sticker" and "we are working for you, we don't have nay interest in making money off of you" Unless you enjoy arguing with the entire sales team standing over you while you fight for anything less than sticker, then this place is not for you. They could be honest and upfront, but their ultimate goal is to rip their customers off. They didn't honor their advertising with our trade in and asked me to sign papers without negotiating a price. Very slimy, not nice people. More
