Dealer misrepresented vehicle Vehicle was advertised as a limited/special edition vehicle and as a result this increased the asking/selling price. After purchase it was discovered Vehicle was advertised as a limited/special edition vehicle and as a result this increased the asking/selling price. After purchase it was discovered it was just a base model with stickers and an emblem added onto the car to make it seem it was a limited/special edition. When we went back to the dealer to tell them this and that we over paid as a result, they said just too bad - we can't do anything for you. Totally unprofessional! They said they did not research the vehicle as they should have but are taking no blame for their false advertising or will do any type of compensation. More

Good Alternatives One of the things I likes was that I wanted heated seats but they didn't come with the model I purchased. Rather than have me spend thousands more for the car and equipment I didn't feel I needed just to get the heated seats, they offered (for a price ) to swap out my front seats for the heated seats, saving me money. I'm not sure other dealers would have done this. More

Bot of these dealerships tried to soak me while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced to the point where I never want to see the inside of the Route 44 dealership again. At Alfano I was in a pleasant waiting room where I waited with several other people. There was no pressure to me and upon the inspection a few more things were found that I needed to take care of. Again there was no pressure for me to get this done now but because of the manner I was addressed I did have the work done. To say I am totally satisfied is an understatement and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
