Incredibly frustrating I was incredibly frustrated by the time spent in the dealership, the lack of communication of what i needed to do, no one explained my warranty option I was incredibly frustrated by the time spent in the dealership, the lack of communication of what i needed to do, no one explained my warranty options, nobody explained anything clearly, i was talked in circles. It took my father 3 days to figure everything out for me. When we went to pick up the car none of the paperwork was ready and it took over two hours to do everything from insurance to financing to registration - after we were told everything would be ready to go when we got there. When i made it clear i was frustrated i was just given excuse after excuse... After buying the car it was nearly impossible to contact anyone in the dealership who could help me with my questions. It again took my father, SIX phone calls to have a very simple question answered and he was hung up on, transferred and told employees were out of the office even when he had JUST been transferred from them. The phone calling experience was so unprofessional. At least i got the car i wanted.... More
