My experience with Towbin Dodge has been a mix of excellent service support and significant frustration with the overall situation surrounding my Ram truck. First, I want to recognize Tony and Osc excellent service support and significant frustration with the overall situation surrounding my Ram truck. First, I want to recognize Tony and Oscar in the service department. They have been outstanding throughout this process. They have been professional, communicative, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me navigate an issue that remains unresolved. The service department has been the one bright spot in this experience, and that is largely because of Tony and Oscar’s dedication to their customers. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the sales side of the transaction. After purchasing the truck, I learned there was an active recall issue that was apparently being addressed when we were told the vehicle was simply receiving updates. Had we been given complete and transparent information about the recall and the potential impact on the vehicle, we may have chosen not to purchase the truck at that time. We were not provided all the information needed to make a fully informed decision. I also place a significant amount of responsibility on Stellantis. Customers should not be left dealing with unresolved issues on new vehicles, and my truck is still not fixed. It is disappointing to spend this much money on a vehicle that remains affected by a problem the manufacturer has yet to resolve. While I am frustrated and disappointed with both the lack of transparency from sales and the ongoing issues from Stellantis, I want to be clear that Tony and Oscar are not responsible for this situation. They have done everything they can to help, and they are the reason this review is not lower. If there is any reason I would return to Towbin Dodge, it would be because of the exceptional service provided by Tony and Oscar. More

Got a quote to have Fuel filter replaced and I paid 50 dollars more than the quote. Asked if I wanted my truck washed and said yes, truck was returned not washed. We recently purchased an incredibly expensive vehicle from Towbin. I asked several questions where I was told that the person I was talking to didn’t know the answer, but the next person would. The vehicle was used and I asked if there were two keys. The salesman said he did not know, but would find out and didn’t tell us there was only one key until we completed our purchase and then, it was too late to bargain for the second key. In addition, they add a bunch of fees on, so the price you end up paying is 40 percent more than what they originally tell you. I have horrible “Buyers Remorse,” and wish I had never set foot in this dealership. If you are thinking about shopping here, turn around and run away. More
