My salesperson, Alicia Walker, brought me the exact car I wanted to look at right off the bat, a used 2011 Mazda 3 with 33000 miles. The vehicle's condition was anything but brand new, there were minor scratches, interior damage, and a broken rear door handle. However, the car overall was worth the buy and a lot nicer than the other manuals I had taken a look at if set at the right price. After taking a test drive with Alicia, we went through the process of seeing what financing with the dealership would look like. Throughout my whole time there, Alicia Walker exhibited great customer service skills and truly acted like she wanted to get me in the car without hiking up the price. They were willing to negotiate, Alicia gave me a ride from my home so that I could come pick up the car, and the door handle was fixed same day. All in all, I would buy another car from Towbin Dodge, and especially from Alicia Walker. More

After disappointing attempts to negotiate and possibly purchase a vehicle from other automobile dealers in the area, we decided to visit Towbin Dodge to see if they could help us. From the time we drove into the store, we were immediately met by Shawn Shatwell who confirmed that Rebecca in Internet Sales had brought him up to speed on our situation concerning a credit matter. Both he and Jason Huffman assured us that Towbin Dodge would do everything possible to help us. After telling Shawn the type of vehicle we were looking for and what our personal requirements were, he suggested, and correctly so, a vehicle that met our needs as well as fit into our budget. After that, Kathy worked with us concerning our credit and contacted banking institutions in order to secure an approval for financing. After receiving a tentative approval, she outlined what additional documents she would need us to bring in the next day to verify our personal information with the banks in order to receive a final approval. The next day Jennifer continued working with the banks in order to secure for us the lowest possible interest rate and Tom Lasko provided us with options, such as GAP insurance, for our contract. Even though at times I felt discouraged thinking we would not get financing approval, and even though I was not always in the best of humor, the Towbin team never gave up. The total number of hours that these individuals spent just on our case alone was nothing short of amazing. As a result, I was able to drive out that day in my dream car, a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T Hemi. I still can't believe its true every time I look at my new Dodge. I will never be able to fully thank the Towbin Dodge team that worked with us for what they did to help us. That is just not possible. But I can tell you that both my wife Debbie and myself have already made the decision that we will only shop for our future vehicles at Towbin Dodge, and that we will always promote the store to friends and colleagues.
