I had the pleasure recently of purchasing a new vehicle from Tobin Dodge. And, it was truely a good experience. First I had emailed Claudia to find out what specials were being offered. Claudia did a great job of emailing me back immediately, she was informative, friendly and professional. We decided to make an appointment and drove to the lot, we were met by Kevin. He also was friendly and accommodated us by getting us a salesman quickly. We met Travis, our salesman, who was super, he was not pushey or overbearing (which we so much appreciated, just really hate a pushey sales people!) Travis's was witty, knowlegdable, friendly and most of all professional. Travis helped find the car that we were looking for and then on to the paper work, we met Alex who was also professional, friendly and got us in and out with the paper work. And, finally Lois, who got us acquainted with the instruments of the vehicle, she did a great job transferring her knowledge to us, which we very much appreciated. All said and done, it was a great experience dealing with the folks at Tobin Dodge. I can't say enough good things about the above mentioned employees!! They were great!! More
